WORKING WITH ME

My Approach

Clients tell me that I am easy to build rapport with, and my approach to coaching is down-to-earth. 


What excites me is seeing how clients develop their ideas and thoughts and turn them into positive action. 


Unlike many coaches you see advertised online, I am less interested in making you a millionaire, as I am working with you to make you best whole rounded person you can be.


Through my training, there are various models that I can bring into coaching sessions, particularly for clients who feel stuck in a rut, have a negative pattern of thought, want to prepare for a difficult conversation, or have a specific goal they want to achieve.


I normally start each session asking the client asking - What would a good outcome look like for you during our time together? This allows you to consider how coaching will add value to what you are experiencing in your life. 


My coaching sessions are generally 1 hour in length and are, for the moment, taking place over Zoom in the evenings and the weekends.


I work ethically and everything you say to me is taken in the strictest confidence, without judgement, and will not be repeated elsewhere. 


If you decide we can work together, I will from time to time challenge you to new ways of thinking as well as encouraging you to have fun with the process. 


I have a 'nothing ventured, nothing gained' attitude which I bring into my practice.


My energy comes from meeting with new and interesting people, we all have a story to tell.

Packages Available

I am open and flexible as to how I work with clients in terms of frequency and number of meetings, however below is examples of what typical packages look like:


β€˜Three-month tap into yourself’ programme


The programme is what most of my clients sign up to as a starting point. It allows us to look at your life as a whole and what may be holding you back. The programme includes:

  • 1 free 60-minute introduction to coaching (try before you invest)
  • 6 x 60-minute coaching sessions at regular intervals, that are usually fortnightly 
  • Small exercises and challenges to complete between some sessions
  • Contact through email between sessions
  • A chance to reflect on the coaching process 


β€˜Six-months to success’ programme


This programme is for clients who want to work together for a longer period of time in order to make more substantial changes to their life.  The programme includes:

  • 1 free 60-minute introduction to coaching (try before you invest)
  • 11 x 60-minute coaching sessions at regular intervals, spread over the six months
  • 1 x 90-minute β€˜deep dive’ coaching session allowing you to explore one aspect of your life in more detail
  • Small exercises and challenges to complete between some sessions
  • Contact through email between sessions
  • A chance to reflect on the coaching process 


*Discounts may be available to those working in the NHS, the third sector and people who have been recommended to me from another client. Contact me directly for fees.
