Coaching is a way of providing you, as the client, with the time and space to move from where you are now, to where you want to be.
Through coaching, I can challenge you on your limiting beliefs, help you to set goals that are both ambitious and realistic, and provide you with tools and strategies to achieve what you want in life.

As someone who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, I am aware how many LGBTQ+ people are more likely to have mental health challenges. Part of my practice is therefore about providing support to LGBTQ+ people through coaching.
